SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all freshly roasted products within three (3) business day(s). In any case of delay, we will contact you. Standard shipping of products purchased on our Site is via independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by BCBC Coffee Roasters, Inc. Please allow five (5) to eight (10) business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped from our facility.
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30 day return policy. To inquire about returning an order, you may contact us via email at bcbccoffeeroasters@gmail.com. Please provide your name, the order number, items you're returning, and the reason for the return. Once you contact us, we will respond with instructions to process your return.
PAYMENT METHOD
Secure card payment is used for all items purchased on our website. We currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders. If the card cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
